Our three-course menu is priced at R425 per person. Select one dish from each course: starter, main, and dessert, from the menu below, and we’ll include your complimentary bottle of wine.

Pan-Seared Chicken Livers with pea & red pepper salad, raspberry dressing, Persillade Snails & Leek Phyllo Pastry with tempura cauliflower, crispy bacon

Poached & Grilled Pear with parma ham & merlot reduction

Warm Salad kale, quinoa, chickpea & roasted butternut with tahini dressing (available as a main course)

Confit Duck Leg with sautéed potatoes and mushrooms, braised merlot shallots & merlot sauce

Seared Kingklip wrapped in black forest ham with piperade, olive tapenade, and parsley emulsion

Grilled Ostrich Steak, braised baby turnips, baby beetroot & baby potatoes, finished with bordelaise sauce

Ratatouille Vegetable Tian topped with goat’s cheese and pesto

Braised Lamb Shank with white bean cassoulet and chorizo sausage
