Table Allocation

Wine tasting is open from 10 am to 4:30pm Monday to Sunday. 

Restaurant Hours
Lunch service | 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm (last orders)

Please note that during winter, the restaurant will observe two weekly closure days, which may vary from week to week. Current closure dates are updated below.

At Glen Carlou we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional dining experience. While we make every effort to accommodate table preferences, specific table requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. To ensure the best service for all our guests, tables are allocated based on reservation time and party size. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you either inside or outside on our lovely terrace.

Terms & Conditions

  • Any food allergies or dietary restrictions should be communicated at the time of booking to ensure proper accommodations.
  • Seating preferences (e.g., window or outdoor tables) will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Service charges and gratuities (12.5%) will be added to parties of 8 or more.
  • Large group reservations (parties of 8 or more) have to pay a deposit of R150.00 per person.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted (Contact for cake fee).
  • Reservations are held for a grace period of 60 minutes from the scheduled booking time.
  • Reservations for wine tastings and lunch must be made separately.
