Harvest 2015 is well under way having commenced on Thursday 15th January approximately 10 days earlier than normal. Chardonnay for our Classic and Unwooded wines has made its way into the cellar and some juice is already in barrels and our Nomblot, egg shaped cement tanks. All reports from the winemakers so far is favourable and that they were pleased to make a good dent into the Chardonnay before the rains came last Friday. With warm weather scheduled for much of the week it is all hands in the vineyards and the cellar.
