Our signature 100% barrel fermented Chardonnay is regarded for its well integrated fruit and rounded oak maturation flavour profile. The 2015 exhibits stone fruit with some pear and melon in the nose. The wine is fresh and vibrant with lemon curd and pineapple characters highlighted on the palate. The finish is full with the oak influence providing a round and creamy texture from the lees contact in the barrel.
Enjoy with pan seared scallops and cauliflower puree or seabass with charred cherry tomato, aqua pazza, cannellini beans and green olive butter.
