Our menu, inspired by the seasons, changes four times a year and can be enjoyed either as a set menu or a la carte choice.
The current Autumn Menu delights the senses with dishes which showcase bold flavours, vibrant colours and textures that come together to create a delicious taste sensation. Favourites include the rolled lamb shoulder with peas and barley, pork belly with crackling and sustainably sourced fish with confit Autumn vegetables.
Executive chef, Johan Stander, is known for creating menus that often take inspiration from childhood memories or traditional flavours – using the familiar to create new and exciting dishes.
