Description

Tasting Notes

“A harmonious medium-bodied red wine with juicy dark berry fruit, savoury notes and aromatic wood aromas. Upfront the nose has a typical cassis scent, followed by fragrant cedar and luscious black cherry. The elegant tannin structure on the palate is balanced by fresh acidity and mellow fruit flavours.”-  Johnnie Calitz (winemaker)

Food Pairing

Enjoy with a charred gruyere burger, a mushroom pizza with tomato sauce or a marinated ribeye steak.
