Like the season, the new Summer menu at the Restaurant @ Glen Carlou is vibrant, bursting with colour, rich in texture and sensational in taste. This enticing menu will have you coming back for more. Chef Johan Stander has delved into his memories to recreate traditional dishes into new seasonal delights. Peaches, berries, terrines and summer vegetables come to life on plates in a celebration of the best of the season.
The menu is refreshing yet familiar, delicately plated with bold flavours and a rainbow of colours. Each dish is perfectly paired with one of our multi-award winning wines so as to be a beautiful complement. Choose between our two or three-course set menu or make your selection from our a la cartè menu.

The Restaurant @ Glen Carlou is open seven days a week, serving lunch from 12h00 to 16h00 however, will be closed on Christmas Day (25 December) and on New Year’s Day (01 January).
