A fantastic new menu now available in the Restaurant @ Glen Carlou. Our unique Autumn menu draws attention to Chef Johan’s creative use of flavourful and fresh produce. Leafy greens and colourful vegetables garnish a selection of dishes. From seared salmon to slow-roasted tomato soup, through cashew tortellini, a robust fillet of beef or petit Poisson – every taste sensation will delight.
“We are a restaurant that does good honest South African influenced food. Not fine dining, but rather a finer type of dining. I use basic French methods, but there is always a twist – a childhood memory, chef, country or ingredient which I like.” – Executive Chef Johan Stander.
