When asked what how he would describe the Autumn Menu 2016 and what was the inspiration behind the dishes, Executive Chef, Johan Stander said, “I think it’s a mix between classic and contemporary. Knowing where we come from and working towards where we want to be.”
“The inspiration is the season itself. Everything is getting ready for the winter (colours change) but yous still get those flashes of Summer.”
